Personal Statement: I feel honored to serve as Hospital Development Program Manager, where I have the opportunity to support the donation process through meaningful hospital partnerships and team collaboration. Working alongside dedicated professionals to save and enhance lives through organ and tissue donation is both humbling and deeply rewarding. It’s an honor to contribute to a mission that brings hope and healing to so many.
