We feel like we get to walk among heroes—ordinary people who are making extraordinary decisions that will save lives. Working with these courageous donors and their families, we always know that we’re part of something important. But we also know that people die every day on the waiting list because the need is so great—and that drives us to always keep trying harder. We’re a diverse team working together on a big task to save and heal lives. If you want a challenge and share our values, we’d love to have you join us.
We take care of our employees so they can take care of others.
Health and Wellness
Having a healthy work/life balance is important. We want to provide the resources for you to take care of all aspects of health and wellness in your life.
We reimburse up to $45 of any gym membership or sports activity fees. Our Bellevue office has an onsite gym and locker rooms, and we host a variety of employee events focused on health and wellness.
In addition, we provide an Employee Assistance Program for mental health, legal, financial, and childcare or ElderCare services for you and your family.
Our insurance benefits are available on the first day of employment and include medical, dental, vision, life, voluntary life, long-term disability, workers’ compensation, and travel accident insurance for all full-time employees.
You can also participate in a Flex Spending Account for both medical and childcare costs. These plans are there when you and your family need them, and provide peace of mind when you’re healthy.
We offer a 403(b) pre-tax investment opportunity with funds through Merrill Lynch. You may contribute immediately, and after one year of employment, LifeCenter will match up to 7% of your contributions.
We understand that when you work hard you need some time away for rest and relaxation. Our employees are typically given 10 paid holidays per year, and those with regular schedules enjoy half days every Friday. In addition, employees accumulate paid time off to be used for sick or vacation days, as well as an Extended Illness Bank to be used for any longer-term illness or injury.
We are a community of learners and we offer regular training opportunities.
Our employees are great, and undoubtedly know great people! Employee who refers a candidate who is then hired receives a referral bonus.
Commuting to work can often be frustrating. Many of our positions have flexible work hours, and we pay for your parking in our covered garage. We also offer a pre-tax commuter savings plan.
Working together to save lives through organ and tissue donation
A future where no one dies on the organ transplant waiting list, high-quality tissue grafts are available to all in need, every donor and donor family is honored, and all employees are inspired and empowered to realize their highest potential in service of our mission.
Our values guide our behaviors, practices, and interactions with each other and with all of our stakeholders.
We are trustworthy, reliable, respectful, and accountable.
We work in partnership with others, seeking to understand and be understood, and finding common ground to build upon together.
Through professionalism and dedication, we honor our commitment to serve others and our obligation to be good stewards of the gift of life.
We take personal responsibility and face challenges head-on.
