Personal Statement: Working at LifeCenter Northwest has deepened my understanding of organ, eye, and tissue donation and shown me how hope can emerge from life’s most difficult moments. As a Program Manager, I’m honored to partner with hospital healthcare teams as they support and honor the gift of donation. Together, in concert with donors, families, and staff, we have the opportunity to bring positive change and help save lives – which I find to be a humbling and profound experience.
