Personal Statement: What an honor it is to be a part of such an inspirational mission to save lives through organ donation! I love our Alaska community, and am grateful to work alongside our incredible hospital partners, recognizing and honoring the life-saving gifts that Alaskan donors have selflessly chosen to give to others. Witnessing a family’s grief and loss transformed into life-saving or life-changing treatment for someone else is constantly fueling the work that we do, and I am lucky to be a small part of the larger impact.
