Personal Statement: Each day, organ donors provide life-saving transplants to those on transplant waitlists. As one who has waited with a family member for such a gift, I have come to know how important the work of organ donation is. I am thrilled to play a small role in making these gifts possible, working alongside compassionate medical professionals to help save lives and to honor each donor’s generosity.
